Can An Address Make the World a Better Place?

Philadelphia is the birthplace of the US cell and gene therapy industry and the Navy Yard boasts one of the largest collections of cell and gene therapy cGMP buildings in the country. Change is happening here, and we are building the innovative life science buildings needed to nurture it. These companies are joined by other regional, national and international life science and advanced manufacturing companies that now total more than a million square feet of life sciences and advanced manufacturing space.

Ensemble Investments, currently owns and manages six life science buildings in the Navy Yard for tenants such as Iovance, Biomeriux Wuxi AppTec and Adaptimmune and Ensemble/Mosaic has partnered with Oxford Properties to develop an additional 3.1 million square feet of R&D and advanced manufacturing space in the coming years.  To see all of the R&D and Advance Manufacturing buildings Click Here.
